Garlic Butter Steak

I just love a good old steak, don’t you? Here’s the basic littlest ingredients you need to perk up the best outta your steak inspired by Tasty. I would like to give a shoutout to this great app that I’ve used – SteakMate. It is very detailed and will assist you as you grill your steak to your perfect doneness. You should give it a try.   • 4 rib eye steak
  • salt
  • coarse black/mix pepper

Step 1: Marinate the steak and massage it. Make sure not to forget abt the sides as well.

  • drizzle vegetable oil

Step 2: Heat up the oil in a non stick pan on high heat

  • an inch thick butter per steak
  • 3 clove garlic, peeled and squashed per steak
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary per steak
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme per steak

Step 3: Place the steak. Follow the guidelines of the SteakMate app based on your cut, thickness and doneness preference.

Step 4: After the flip, add the above ingredients and swirl around the pan. Scoop up the sizzling mixture and toss over the steak like as if you are showing the steak with the “sauce”.

Step 5: After app has indicated done, rest the steak. Serve it with any sides you wish but do look out for my Scalloped Potatoes recipe. It makes a good sides with this fab steak. Enjoy!
