
You just need a few of these ingredients as staples and you can pair it with any kind of fresh vegetables. Oyster vegetables are always a go-to in Chinese cuisines. Fast to whip up this staple diet in your world. Healthy as well. Good job!

- 250g kailan
Step 1: Slice off the tough ends and cut kailan in halve, lengthwise. Wash thoroughly.
- 1.5 tbs oyster sauce
- 0.5 tbs light soy sauce
- 0.5 tbs dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbs water
- 1 tsp sugar
- dash white pepper
- dash salt
Step 2: In a small bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients and mix well.
- 2 tsp corn starch
- 1.5 tbs water
Step 3: In a separate bowl, mix these 2 above.
- 2 tbs vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
Step 4: Heat oil in pan. Medium heat.
Step 5: Add garlic and fry.
Step 6: Add kailan. Stir fry for 1 min.
Step 7: Add sauce and thicken gradually with the corn starch solution til desired.
Step 8: Serve with bawang goreng (crispy fried shallots) as garnish.
